Engineering and maintenance

Building maintenance is a challenge, which generally was hardly dealt within the buildings.
In our vision, buildings, rotating or not, should be constructed in a way that allows maintenance to be performed in real time, without breaking the walls and rebuilding them.

Dr. Fisher claims he has never seen anybody use a hammer to break his car or his laptop, in order to fix or service it.  So all building parts will be removable for immediate inspection, while special sensors and diagnostic systems will detect malfunctions for immediate repair.

The dynamic building is born with a maintenance plan for all components, which will operate before wear starts leading to malfunctioning.  Maintenance costs are thus reduced and, more importantly, the building remains in impeccable conditions.  The life span of the building of the Future will therefore be considerably longer.
